Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and support to the Guest Services team, ensuring excellent customer service standards are met.
  • Operate the dispatch desk, maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient guest arrivals and departures.
  • Coordinate luggage assistance and storage, ensuring timely and professional service.
  • Assist with lobby activities, expediting and monitoring guest movements to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, supporting the hotel's overall operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Basic English language communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing personalized and attentive service.
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in HotSoS, ALICE, OPERA, and MS Outlook.
  • Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
