Job Title: Occupational Therapist

About the Role:

Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patients' strengths and weaknesses.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies for daily living and rehabilitation.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
