Responsibilities and Requirements

As a Part-Time Behavior Therapist, your primary responsibility will be to implement ABA therapy programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a variety of settings. This includes:

- Implementing goals and teaching plans created by the Behavior Analyst
- Collecting data related to the goals and behavior plans
- Electronic filing of data and clinical documentation within a 24-hour timeframe
- Attending mandatory trainings conducted by Instructional ABA Consultants
- Proactively communicating with the Behavior Analyst and Program Manager

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to maintain confidentiality, adhere to ethical guidelines, policies, including HIPAA laws and regulations. We require a minimum education of a high school diploma or equivalent and prefer candidates with exposure to psychology, human development, or behavior analysis. Strong verbal, written, and communication skills are essential for this role.
