Early Childhood Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Early Childhood Development Specialist to join our team at Clayton Early Learning. This is a 9-month school calendar role that requires traveling to daily home visits.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a strong commitment to supporting families in enhancing the development of their children. They will work closely with parents to implement an individualized early education program based on children's strengths and needs, conduct ongoing assessments, and develop weekly instructional plans. The specialist will also provide case management services, facilitate family and community partnership services, and collaborate with health service staff to ensure compliance with child health requirements.

The salary for this position is estimated at $21.50 per hour, making it a competitive offer for those with experience in early childhood education or related fields. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized early education programs for children enrolled in our program
- Conduct ongoing assessments of children and maintain accurate documentation of progress
- Collaborate with parents to identify and address their children's needs and goals
- Provide case management services to support families in achieving self-sufficiency
- Facilitate family and community partnership services to enhance the well-being of families
- Collaborate with health service staff to ensure compliance with child health requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- One year of experience in early childhood education or related field
- Bilingual in English/Spanish required
- Valid driver's license and evidence of vehicle insurance
- Pediatric first aid and CPR certification
- Ability to work effectively with families and children from diverse backgrounds
