We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Soar Autism Center in Denver, Colorado. The estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with young children ages 2-6 years old in a center-based setting, providing naturalistic therapy based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM). As a BCBA, you will plan, oversee, deliver, and adapt therapy services to meet the unique needs of each child and their family.

Your responsibilities will include conducting multidisciplinary assessments, creating treatment plans, designing and implementing services, and monitoring client progress. You will also be part of an interdisciplinary care team, collaborating with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, oversee, deliver, and adapt naturalistic therapy services for young children ages 2-6 years old
  • Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans in coordination with other clinical specialties
  • Design and implement services based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
  • Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and communicate needed changes to team members and families
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Experience in ABA early intervention
  • Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
