- Sell memberships to existing and prospective clients, promoting our studio's services and benefits.
- Follow up with prospective clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Handle client concerns in a professional and objective manner, resolving issues promptly.
- Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with a focus on building relationships and driving results.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings and evenings.
- Minimum requirement of 3 shifts per week for part-time positions.
