- Implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve store performance.
- Collaborate with district managers and other store leaders to achieve business objectives and share best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; related retail experience and/or training preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive shopping experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom.
