Janitorial Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Janitorial Supervisor to join our team at Constellis. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our janitorial staff, ensuring that our facilities are clean and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Assign and inspect cleaning tasks to ensure high standards are met
• Provide training and guidance to janitorial staff
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment
• Monitor staff attendance and performance
• Lead by example and demonstrate effective leadership skills
• Ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a janitorial supervisor
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods
• Customer service skills and attention to detail
