Janitorial Supervisor

At Constellis, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Janitorial Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our janitorial staff and ensuring that our facilities are clean and well-maintained.

• Assign cleaning tasks to staff and regularly inspect their work to ensure that established standards are met.
• Provide training and guidance to janitorial staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, including ordering and inventorying as needed.
• Monitor staff attendance and report any absences or performance issues to management.
• Lead by example and demonstrate excellent leadership skills to ensure the timely completion of staff's janitorial duties.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Proven experience working as a janitorial supervisor or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods of time.
