Key Responsibilities- Apply the nursing process and principles of psycho-social and physical sciences to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, evaluate, and modify patient care.
- Strive for quality outcomes and innovative practice in accordance with the California Nursing Practice Act and hospital policies.
- Provide care in a collaborative manner with other disciplines to ensure optimal, individualized patient care and outcomes.
- Support service excellence and a healing environment through all aspects of performance.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Recent experience in surgical, ED, procedural, or outpatient surgery within the last 2 years.
- Registered Nurse License - California Board of Registered Nursing.
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support - American Heart Association.
This position requires standing the majority of the shift with the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. frequently. Work involves sitting, kneeling, climbing, and squatting.
