Job Summary

The Respiratory Care Practitioner II is a key member of the healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to patients. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify respiratory care needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient goals
  • Administer respiratory therapies, including oxygen, aerosol, and ventilator management
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on respiratory health and disease management
Requirements
  • Current Respiratory Care License in the state of employment
  • National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) certification
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification (preferred)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
