Float Pool Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team, working night shifts at Saint Agnes Medical Center. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care, utilizing the nursing process to ensure the highest level of care for our patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring seamless care transitions.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year of hire.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
