Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry Float Pool team at Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients on the telemetry unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including ECG, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and according to hospital policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current California Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association certification.
- One (1) year of nursing experience.
