Float Pool Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team, working night shifts at Saint Agnes Medical Center. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care, utilizing the nursing process to ensure the highest level of care for our patients.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate patient care, utilizing the nursing process to ensure effective and efficient care delivery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Meet the physical and mental demands of the job, working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year of hire.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare personnel.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, handling varying issues and stressors.
