Aircraft Painter Associate or Experienced Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Painter to join our team at Boeing. As an Aircraft Painter, you will be responsible for preparing the exterior surface of aircraft for painting, making necessary patterns, and applying prescribed primers, paints, and finishes to the exterior of aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepares exterior surface of aircraft for painting
  • Makes necessary patterns, performs layout, and applies prescribed primers, paints, and finishes to exterior of aircraft
  • Applies aircraft finishes and external markings to aircraft sections

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of painting experience in aircraft, automotive, industrial, or general painting
  • Must be willing to work any shift assigned, including overtime
  • High School diploma/GED and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
