We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Family Operations Coordinator to support a busy household in Mill Valley, CA. Key Responsibilities:- Child Transportation: Manage school drop-offs and pick-ups for children in San Francisco three times per week.
- Financial Management: Handle payments for household staff and various services, review monthly credit card statements to identify discrepancies, and manage refunds.
- Property Coordination: Remotely oversee the cleaning and maintenance of a second home in Tahoe, including arranging for house cleaning post-visit and coordinating guest access. Make necessary reservations for dining, spa, and beach activities for family trips.
- Maintenance Scheduling: Schedule and oversee quarterly carpet and upholstery cleaning, and biannual cleaning of interior/exterior windows and sills across three properties.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of three family vehicles, including vacuuming and wiping down interiors.
- Package Management: Manage returns by packaging items, preparing shipping labels, and handling drop-offs at courier services.
- Online Research: Conduct online research for various projects as requested by the family.
