Job Title: RN Medical Surgical Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled RN Medical Surgical Professional to join our team at St. Charles Health System. As a RN Medical Surgical Professional, you will provide quality patient and family centered care as a member of the healthcare team in accordance with St. Charles Health System mission, philosophy, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintains and demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of nursing principles, practices, standards, and techniques.
  • Assesses the patient's condition and needs using critical thinking and clinical judgment.
  • Calculates dosages and administers medications accurately.
  • Documents all patient care with proficiency.
  • Communicates effectively and maintains professional relationships with caregivers, medical staff, patients, and guests.

Requirements:

  • Current Oregon RN license.
  • AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification.
  • Department specific acute care certification.
