Responsibilities

As a Chiropractic Office Billing Coordinator, your primary duties will include maintaining accurate records of accounts and balances, preparing and posting bills, invoices, and receipts, monitoring account status, and communicating with customers to inform them of outstanding debts and deadlines.

You will be responsible for preparing detailed reports on billing activity and upholding confidentiality policies. Other responsibilities may include updating credentialing for doctors via CAQH, performing minor HR duties, and managing inventory and supplies.
