Position Overview

Patient Care Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain American Heart Association CPR certification.
  • Assist Registered Nurses in delivering patient care within the unit.
  • Primary duties include, but are not limited to: Monitoring vital signs, conducting EKGs, performing blood draws, and providing essential bedside assistance such as bathing, oral hygiene, and skin care.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated adaptability and eagerness to manage shifting priorities with a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in accurate documentation within medical records and adherence to required timelines.
  • Ability to execute tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.
  • Strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Current CPR certification is mandatory.
