Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computer Systems Specialist to join our team at OnTrack Staffing Central Recruiting Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer hardware and software, with experience in diagnosing and repairing complex technical issues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting computer hardware and electronic components to identify faults and malfunctions.
  • Performing repairs, adjustments, and component replacements on desktops, laptops, servers, and peripheral devices.
  • Utilizing diagnostic tools, including multi-meters and oscilloscopes, to analyze electronic circuits and systems.
  • Collaborating with other technicians and engineers to develop innovative solutions for complex repair challenges.
  • Tracking repair activities and maintaining accurate records using Excel or other database software.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in computer repair or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking data and recording repair activities.
  • Experienced working with different models/brands of computers.
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware components and their functions.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.
