Position: Commercial Lines Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily management and servicing of both new and existing Commercial Lines Accounts.
- Ensure a high standard of client service and satisfaction.
- Handle marketing and placement for new and renewal accounts.
- Meet agency account retention objectives through proactive account management and upselling.
- Collaborate with carrier representatives, clients, prospects, and support staff to guarantee timely and complete information exchange.
- Provide technical service and expertise for property and casualty insurance accounts.
- Engage in pre- and post-placement servicing, including proof of insurance, loss control services, premium financing, and claims assistance.
- Process requests from clients and producers efficiently.
- Document all interactions, transactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM system as per established procedures.
- Offer backup support for colleagues during vacations, absences, and increased workloads.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a New Jersey Property and Casualty License.
- Experience in Commercial Lines Service.
- Familiarity with Insurance Guidelines.
- Desirable working knowledge of AMS360 and ImageRight.
- Understanding of risk assessment and management techniques.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- High level of self-motivation and initiative.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
