- Knowledge of Hotel Services and Amenities: Be familiar with all hotel services and amenities, including room rates, packages, and promotions.
- Emergency Procedures: Be aware of and respond to emergency situations, such as fires, medical emergencies, and other crises.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer systems and software.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
