As network automation becomes integral to the digital transformation strategies of businesses, Itential is dedicated to the NAaaS (Network Automation as a Service) model, which aims to expedite value realization and transform networks into strategic assets.

Position Summary

The Security Architect will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and refining Itential's technical defenses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the highest level of security for Itential's cloud offerings.
  • Lead the engineering and implementation of security solutions across all layers of our SaaS platform, including application, container, platform, data, network, and identity and access management in public cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with various teams to develop and deploy security measures and execute security initiatives.
  • Drive the security strategy to enhance our overall security posture continuously.
  • Mentor engineering teams to integrate security into daily development practices.
  • Conduct independent security assessments to identify vulnerabilities proactively.
  • Respond swiftly to security incidents and guide teams in mitigating risks.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, or VMware VCF.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Security Engineering.
  • Two or more security-related certifications are preferred, such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, SANS GIAC, CGEIT, CRISC, or GSEC.
  • Two or more AWS certifications are preferred, including AWS Solutions Architect Professional, AWS Security Specialty, or AWS Advanced Networking.
