Manufacturing Engineer Co-Op Position

As a Manufacturing Engineer Co-Op, you will provide critical support to the E/One Operations Department by managing and executing manufacturing projects. You will apply theoretical knowledge and on-the-job training to solve complex manufacturing challenges in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage component and continuous improvement projects for the Operations Team, designing and documenting projects in CAD, verifying with hands-on prototyping and testing, and implementing in a high-pace production environment. Support ongoing manufacturing efforts with documentation updates and finalization within E/One's ISO Processes. Collaborate with the team to identify, execute, and lead various projects simultaneously, facilitating efficient business processes through ERP System Management. Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives while maintaining E/One's commitment to product quality.
Requirements:
Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Previous CAD experience is required. This position involves working with sensitive information subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations. To be eligible, you must be a U.S. Person, as defined in those regulations, and able to supply evidence of that qualification prior to starting work. The U.S. export control regulations define a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, U.S. Permanent Resident, and certain categories of Asylees and Refugees.
