Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all catering operations to guarantee exceptional service.
  • Engage in the planning and execution of catering events, focusing on logistics, quality control, and sanitation.
  • Collaborate with culinary staff to develop innovative menus.
  • Train catering personnel in service excellence and customer engagement.
  • Monitor labor and food costs for each event to maintain budgetary compliance.
  • Maintain effective communication with management, clients, and team members to foster strong relationships.
  • Oversee all aspects of food service operations related to catering.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years in food service, with at least 1 year in a managerial capacity.
  • Experience in diverse food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, or corporate dining.
  • Proven catering experience is essential.
  • Knowledge of current food trends, quality standards, and presentation techniques.
  • Strong financial acumen and proficiency in budgeting.
  • Competent in using MS Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • ServSafe Certification is required.
