1. Prepare machinery for production by setting up tools and parameters according to work instructions.
2. Monitor production status throughout each sequence and take corrective actions as necessary.
3. Execute operations while overseeing machine and production processes, adhering to established procedures.
4. Inspect finished products, identify defects, and follow protocols for handling non-conforming items.
5. Assist maintenance teams in repairing, preventing downtime, and inspecting machinery.

Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proficient in following written and verbal instructions and capable of clear communication in English.

- Ability to lift medium to heavy objects as required.
- Authorization to work in the US without the need for employment visa or sponsorship.

Preferred:
- At least one year of experience in machine operation within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with power tools.
- Ability to interpret blueprints.
