Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our retail store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering product questions, and recommending solutions to meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
- Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services
- Build strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, driving business growth and revenue
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date work order files and formulas, ensuring seamless operations
- Pull and stock products from the sales floor or warehouse, ensuring a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment
- Tint and mix products as needed, to customer specifications, ensuring high-quality results
- Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring efficient and safe operations
- Assist in making deliveries as needed, providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and expectations
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks, and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
- Previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
- Previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
