Instrument Control Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Instrument Control Specialist to join our team at CharterCARE Health Partners. This role requires strong technical expertise to ensure accurate inventory management and compliance with regulations.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure accuracy and consistency in inventory management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure best pricing and service.
- Provide training sessions for staff on sterilization and disinfection technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Science or related field.
- Certification in Instrument Processing required.
- Prior experience in instrument processing and quality control.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Compensation:$80,000 - $105,000 per year (depending on location and experience). We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
