Radiologic Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Tech to join our team at Next GenHealth Staffing. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and diagnostic imaging services.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform radiographic examinations with minimal supervision under the direction of the Radiologist.
- Coordinate daily activities to include performing examinations and associated clerical duties.
- Prepare patients for radiological procedures through proper positioning and image technique.
- Operate radiologic equipment to produce radiographs and maintain production and quality of radiographs.
- Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
- Review each exam for technical accuracy and identify anatomical orientation on all images.
- Assist the radiologist in administering medications, contrast agents, and all types of care to the patient.
- Participate in emergency call rotation to meet department needs.
- Associate's Degree or equivalent Military Radiologic Technologist training.
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) certification.
- State license (VA) must be in process by submission.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- American Society of Radiologic Technology preferred.
- Competitive salary: $27 (new grad) $38 (10yr) +
- Sign-on bonus: $15K (2-year commitment)
- Relocation assistance: up to $2,500 (2-year commitment)
- Shift differentials: Evening $2.50, Nights $3 11p- 7a, Weekends $1
