Job Title: Certified Radiology Technologist - (RAD Tech)

AMN Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join their team in Salem, Virginia.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a certified Radiology Technologist to work in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in radiologic imaging, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate radiologic equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of radiologic imaging principles and techniques
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in radiologic technology and imaging modalities
Requirements:
  • Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a hospital setting
  • Active compact license
  • BLS certification
  • ARRT certification and OR/C-arm experience
  • Certifications in Trauma 2, NICU, and Stroke
  • Experience with GE/OEC equipment and Meditech/GE PACS documentation system
