In this role, you will deliver program and project management proficiency in assisting a U.S. Navy (USN) client with acquisition and sustainment management of an Acquisition Category (ACAT) program. Collaborating with program leadership, you will oversee cost, schedule, and performance metrics to support Navy Information Technology (IT) systems. Your responsibilities will include utilizing tools such as Microsoft Excel for budget analysis and tracking, Microsoft Project for schedule management, Microsoft Word for drafting contractual and technical documents, and Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations. The essence of project management lies in communication, ensuring that the program meets its objectives and adheres to our quality standards. Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in DoD Program Management or Acquisition Management
- Experience in program or project management supporting a DoD or Navy Program Management Office throughout the entire project life cycle, managing multiple interrelated projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
- Capability to manage various projects, encompassing planning, organization, decision-making, problem-solving, work delegation, and employee development
- Eligibility to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with metrics, business process reengineering, business case analysis, electronic workflow, cost estimation, and strategic planning
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project and Visio
- Possession of strong computer skills
- Active Secret clearance
- PMP Certification
- SAFe Agile Scrum Master Certification
Clearance Requirements:
Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information.
