Position Summary:
As a Practical Nursing Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of nursing duties aimed at ensuring the well-being and comfort of those under your care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and conduct thorough resident assessments in a timely manner.
- Document and coordinate resident care in collaboration with the attending physician.
- Supervise care provided on the units and deliver direct resident care, treatments, and procedures.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills while maintaining excellent communication with residents and team members.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer competitive starting wages, with additional compensation for experience. Shift differentials are available for afternoon and midnight shifts, as well as weekend work. Full-time and part-time positions include a weekend rotation, with afternoon shifts also available.

Incentives:
We provide a sign-on bonus for full-time and part-time positions, along with an additional hourly rate for eligible employees working a minimum number of hours per week.

Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Current licensure as a Practical Nurse in Pennsylvania.
