Director, Transaction Advisory Services Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Director, Transaction Advisory Services to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our Transaction Advisory Services practice, you will be responsible for providing financial due diligence services to private equity and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead financial due diligence projects for private equity and corporate clients
- Develop and extend financial and interpersonal skills through M&A financial due diligence
- Work in a variety of industries on an investment banking platform, providing exposure to the broader corporate finance industry and capital markets

- 12+ years of professional experience, including extensive financial due diligence experience at a Big 4 firm
- Highly motivated with an exceptional work ethic, and a demonstrated track record of client development (private equity client experience preferred)
- Familiarity with Tableau, Alteryx and data analytics packages preferred (but not required)
- Strong current knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles including SEC reporting, purchase accounting and transaction related issues
