Transaction Advisory Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Manager to join our Transaction Advisory team at Andersen. As a key member of our M&A services practice, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on financial and operational aspects of complex transactions.
As a Manager, you will be responsible for leading financial due diligence engagements, analyzing target companies' financial statements, and identifying financial risks associated with potential transactions. You will also communicate with target management teams and client personnel, prepare due diligence reports, and supervise, train, and mentor junior staff.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong technical knowledge of accounting and transactional issues, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret financial data and draw meaningful insights. You will also need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial due diligence engagements and analyze target companies' financial statements;
- Identify and assess financial risks associated with potential transactions;
- Communicate with target management teams and client personnel;
- Prepare due diligence reports and summarize key findings, risks, and recommendations;
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field;
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential;
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience in a Big Four or national accounting firm, including at least 3 years of financial due diligence experience;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and draw meaningful insights;
- Knowledge of M&A markets, including corporate, private equity, and investment banking;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural facilitator;
- Proficient use of technology, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytics software;
