Senior Manager, Transaction Advisory Services Expert

Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence, including the preparation of quality of earnings reports, to provide clients with a clear understanding of their financial position.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of colleagues to deliver exceptional client service, leveraging your expertise in financial accounting matters and business processes to drive results.
- Lead multiple transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and business due diligence assistance to clients and private equity investors, with a focus on private equity deals.
- Cultivate relationships with senior executives at client companies and private equity sponsors, leveraging these relationships to generate new projects and leads.
- Manage and coordinate the approach of clients, Armanino's engagement teams, and third-party diligence providers throughout the transaction process.
- Analyze target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings, and potential liabilities and risks that impact valuation and negotiation.
- Create and design tailored transaction advisory reports that address key issues such as normalized earnings, valuation model input assumptions, achievability of management's budget, and indebtedness considerations.
- Lead, mentor, and professionally develop team members, actively participating in the career advisory and performance review process.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience working in a client-serving role at a top-tier public accounting or financial advisory firm, or private industry experience at a senior level.
- Prior financial due diligence experience.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with a strong and up-to-date knowledge of US GAAP.
- Experience in client advisory on financial accounting issues, with an understanding of significant business events (mergers, acquisitions, and carve-outs).
- CPA certification.
