Job Title: Surgical Technician Certified

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Surgical Technician Certified to join our team at West Suburban Medical Center. As a Surgical Technician Certified, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures and providing exceptional patient care.

Job Summary:

The Surgical Technician Certified will assist surgeons and other medical staff during surgical procedures, preparing and maintaining a clean and safe environment. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist surgeons and other medical staff during surgical procedures
  • Prepare and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Coordinate with other medical staff to ensure smooth operation of surgical procedures
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
  • Completion of a High School Diploma
  • One to three months of on-the-job experience in a surgical setting
  • Completion of an O.R.T. program at an accredited college
  • Current certification in Operating Room Technology
  • Current CPR certification
