Requirements

- A completed accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.">
- At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting within the last 5 years.">
- Board certification in Internal or Family Medicine, or board eligibility with plans to obtain certification within 1 year.">
- State licensure in Washington, obtained prior to start date.">
