As a dedicated Primary Care Physician at One Medical, you will play a vital role in transforming the healthcare experience for our patients. Your Responsibilities
  • Manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs;
  • Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits;
  • Treat patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits;
  • Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities;
  • Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams;
  • Utilize your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures;
  • Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  1. Have enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program;
  2. Have practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting;
  3. Be Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your start date;
  4. Hold state licensure in Washington, obtained before your start date.

This is a full-time role based in Bellevue, WA. Our base salary range for this role is $268,000 to $285,000 per year. Total compensation packages may be based on factors unique to particular candidates, such as skill sets, depth of experience, and work location. The total compensation package for this position may also include restricted stock unit grants, and/or benefits.
