Job Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to lead our clinical team. As a key member of our staff, you'll be responsible for managing a patient panel with diverse needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and treating patients in-office or testing centers. You'll also participate in continuous learning, collaborate with teammates, and supervise NP or PA colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits
- Engage in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
- Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
- State licensed in Washington, obtained before your One Medical start date
Our Benefits:
- A competitive salary range of $268,000 to $285,000 per year, based on factors such as skill sets, depth of experience, and work location
