Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute general express technician services as required
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain automotive systems
  • Conduct routine maintenance and minor repair tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, wiper blade replacements, air filter changes, and multipoint inspections
  • Collaborate with fellow Quick Lane Technicians on all light maintenance service requests
  • Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs as needed
  • Communicate necessary and recommended maintenance and repairs to service advisors and customers
  • Stay updated with new technical information and techniques through formal training sessions to adapt to evolving technology.
Qualifications:
  • Some automotive experience is preferred
  • Strong understanding of inspection-based services and repairs
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the independent tire and automotive repair market
  • Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and effectively perform maintenance and light repairs
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
  • All candidates must successfully pass pre-employment testing, including background checks and drug tests, and possess a valid driver's license
