Job Title: Disassembler Assembler

Yates Industries Inc is seeking a skilled Disassembler Assembler to join our team in Xenia, OH.

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and disassemble hydraulic cylinders according to drawings and blueprints.
  • Use hand tools, overhead cranes, and pneumatic assembly tools to assemble cylinders.
  • Test and tag assembled cylinders to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Familiar with small and large hydraulic cylinders and sealing systems.
  • Clean and organize work area daily.
  • Observe safety protocols at all times.
  • Perform other shop-related duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to prioritize jobs and work independently.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Mechanical background and ability to read blueprints.
  • Ability to read tape measures and calipers.
  • Prior heavy assembly experience a plus.
Working Conditions:

The work environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail. The employee will be exposed to work near moving mechanical parts and may be required to work in a team environment.
