Job Title: Disassembler Assembler

About the Role:

Yates Industries Inc. is seeking a skilled Disassembler Assembler to join our team in Xenia, OH. As a key member of our assembly team, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper assembly of cylinders according to drawings, blueprints, and test instructions.

Responsibilities:

* Assemble cylinders using hand tools, overhead cranes, pneumatic assembly tools, and torque wrenches
* Test and tag all cylinders for accuracy
* Familiarize yourself with small and large hydraulic cylinders and sealing systems
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Prioritize jobs and meet production deadlines

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Mechanical background and ability to read blueprints
* Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
* Prior heavy assembly experience a plus
