In this position, you will perform detailed analysis of transmission systems under various operating conditions to identify system limitations. You will prepare and present technical reports on transmission planning studies to management, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders. Staying updated with the latest industry standards, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements related to transmission planning is essential. To be successful, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited program and a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in electric transmission planning, preferably in the finance industry. Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to transmission planning is necessary. An estimated salary for this position is $145,000 per annum.
