Job Title: Precision Machine Assembler

Key Responsibilities:
The role of the Precision Machine Assembler involves the meticulous assembly of complex mechanical and electrical components and sub-assemblies, strictly following engineering drawings, specifications, quality standards, and client timelines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical and electrical skills, a sharp eye for detail, and practical experience with precision machinery.

  • Interpret and analyze engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly of precision components and sub-assemblies.
  • Employ a variety of tools and measuring instruments to fit and align parts with high precision.
  • Perform comprehensive inspections to verify assembly accuracy and quality.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical challenges encountered during assembly.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering and quality assurance teams to improve assembly processes and product quality.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace while effectively managing tools, materials, and finished products.
  • Ensure proper packaging of machines to safeguard against damage using suitable materials.
  • Adhere to the company's quality system requirements, following established policies, procedures, and training protocols.
  • Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in precision assembly or a related field is required.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications proficiently.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with manual dexterity for effective use of tools and instruments.
  • A detail-oriented approach with the capability to work within tight tolerances for precision assembly.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Commitment to adhering to safety practices and protocols.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
