Job Title: Global Program Executive

Stefanini is seeking a highly skilled Global Program Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving growth, cultivating long-term relationships, and leading program success in a dynamic marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client objectives, forge strong relationships with C-Level executives and key stakeholders, and connect client challenges with innovative Stefanini solutions.
  • Daily Operations: Serve as the primary account contact, ensuring customer satisfaction, drive business development and expansion of global programs, lead program governance and strategic business planning, and handle financial responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and P&L.
  • Tactical Excellence: Meet and exceed client expectations by overseeing program deliverables, lead global collaboration across internal and delivery teams, proactively manage risks, and drive solutions to maintain program momentum.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in business relationship management and IT outsourcing solutions.
  • Strong technical background in Enterprise Services (Network & Infrastructure, UEM, Collaboration Services, etc.).
  • Expertise in developing C-Level relationships and understanding contractual KPIs, SLAs, OLAs.
  • Exceptional communication skills and willingness to travel internationally.
