Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to resolve customer billing issues and ensure timely payments.
  • Monitor customer payment terms and credit limits to prevent potential issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve credit holds and account analysis.
  • Review and analyze weekly aging reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective business-to-business collections strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial collections or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze complex data.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
