Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with a supervising psychiatrist.
- Engage in orientation for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and timely health records within our electronic health record system.
- Adhere to established standards of care for medication management and psychotherapy services.
- Refer patients internally for medication management, psychotherapy, and other necessary treatment options.

Required Qualifications:
- Unrestricted license to practice in the state of service delivery.
- Active DEA registration.
- Board certification or eligibility is required.
- Experience in medication management is essential; therapy management experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records and other software for patient care.
- Understanding of various models and theories related to mental health and associated issues.
- Knowledge of diagnostic criteria for dual conditions and the ability to conceptualize treatment modalities within the continuum of care.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with others and demonstrate leadership capabilities.
