Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial tilt wall projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and laborers to ensure seamless project execution
  • Maintain accurate project records, including drawings, specifications, and schedules
  • Identify and communicate project risks and issues to the construction team
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results
Requirements
  • 10 years of relevant experience in tilt wall/light industrial construction
  • Proven track record as a successful Project Manager on 2+ tilt wall commercial projects
  • Strong leadership skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Benefits
  • $98,000 - $126,000 base salary (dependent on experience)
  • Minimum 10% bonus annually based on performance
