Additionally, this position involves planning and overseeing the activities of teacher aides and volunteers as assigned.

Maintaining accurate, complete, and correct records as mandated by law, district policy, and administrative regulations includes student attendance, progress documentation, and inventory of classroom materials, supplies, and textbooks. The educator takes all necessary precautions to safeguard students, equipment, materials, and facilities and is knowledgeable about school emergency procedures, including evacuation and lockdown protocols, implementing these independently when necessary. This position reports to the principal, may supervise assigned classroom aides and volunteers, and performs additional duties as required.
