We are seeking an experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our fleet servicing crew as an Overnight Mechanic. As a key member of our team, you will perform a variety of services including preventative maintenance, diagnosing and repairing vehicles, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical issues and potential problems.
- Diagnose and repair various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, electrical, and HVAC.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid replacements.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to analyze vehicle malfunctions and determine appropriate repair methods.
- Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and time required for completion.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
- Test and verify repaired vehicles to ensure proper functioning and customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic with a strong understanding of vehicle systems and components.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and specialized tools.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and follow safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Competitive weekly pay at up to $35/hr.
